Summers

This word have a lot of meanings for anybody to decipher. However for me it presently means spending 2 months in Bangalore (best place to be in April-May-June) and enjoying the neighbourhood on weekends not to forget the "Bangaluru Crowd".
A few trips with the newly christened team "SPARKS" (courtesy CKK) to pristine destinations and with JIT boarding of trains made me wonder whether we are gonna learn the art of time management ever. But if you really wanna manage time, then a lot of concepts will go for a toss and who wanna challenge the mighty philosophical saying -
"Never wait for time, never follow it, it has never stopped for someone, not it will be for you"

On this cosy sunday afternoon when almost all my friends are busy sleeping/watching movie, I decide to address my lack of work by keying down some of my thoughts/dreams/opinions that has been with me for quite sometime now.

People who do not support any team in IPL are completely human and INDIAN.

Aryan's Law- The amount of yawning you do in the last 2 minutes of reaching Office is directly proportional to the distance between your home and office and the number of traffic signals you faced on the way to reach there. (might turn Murphy in his graves.)

I went through a blog posted by a great friend and senior of mine and couldn't stop myself from lifting a few (only few) things from there. (Who says Google is the only monster promoting copy-paste)

Never tell a man he is losing hair. He already knows (He sure does)

Never look strainght into the eyes of a girl for long if you happen to meet her for the first time.
This is a situation where the funda of "Direct Eye-Contact" can fail in you making further "Contacts with her". (Don't regret later)
Don’t let a little dispute injure a great friendship (Don’t)

Its perfectly okay for a B'school guy to know people in almost all other B'Schools. (Networking you see)

Spend some time alone (You will miss it once you get married)

Everyone carries an invisible placard which says "I am Important" (and so do I)

A few lines from the leaves of my book-

There are so many things in one's life that makes him think and ponder
But there are a few that he really remembers
Love, passion, mission, decisions is all we try to make
And there are some for whom success is the only take

Defining success for them would mean
Money, Career or looking "slim and lean"
For some its only about love and passion
Cause I believe they are your longest companion

Do whatever you want to, but never regret
Life is for living, not to be preserved and kept
No-one knows where life will take you along
Till then, enjoy, have fun and never think "u are wrong"

With my mother-toungue getting a space in this virtual world, couldn't stop myself from a Hindi/Urdu composition

है आरजू की तमनाओ का एक कारवां हो

उस कारवां पर महफिल होगी हमारी

कर सके फरियाद टू खुदा से पूछेंगे की

कभी आसान टू यह मुशकुइल मंजिल होगी

With only a few days left for my summer (internship) to end, I guess the realization that good things happen to good people have grown even more stronger. I do hope to continue to meet good (naah, strike off) great people who conscoiusly or sub-consciously will influence my thought process. Untill then, Aryan signs off for the next sojourn.
